We do understand that some film festivals do not accept films which are publicly available online. That's the reason why we do have an option to keep the film password protected on our website.
We have applied some limitations on these password protected films so that our regular visitors who do not have password to these films have a pleasent stay on our website. Some visitors find it frustrating to click on film titles and later to find out that the film is password protected. So we've designed our site to not show password protected films on our homepage or on other areas as recommendations.
Limitation on a password protected film:
• The Film won't appear on our homepage
• The Film won't appear on our "Recent Films" section
• The Film won't be shared on our social media channels
• The Film won't be send to our newsletter subscribers
• The Film won't be eligible for Audience Choice Awards, but is eligible for all other categories.
